Really flavourful and dense, well worth the money. Cook at 140 fan for 7 hours in a pan with water and cover in foil. BBQ for 10 mins at high heat to get great crackling

Our first purchase, arrived at good chilled temperature. Meat neatly packaged and presented and nicely matured. Lovely flavour therefore and so tender, looking forwards to future purchases from a company that obviously know their meat.
