Comte Extra Vielle
Comté, a hard cheese from high up in the Jura mountains has the largest production of any AOC (Appellation d'Origine Controlée) cheese in France. More than 50000 tons of Comté are made each year! This special reserve Comté is firm in texture and has been matured for that little bit longer to give a greater depth of flavour. Matured for a least 10 months and made with summer milk.
