Our beef comes from The Yorkshire Dales and farmers local to our farm. We are very proud of our Yorkshire beef stock, which are younger, under 30 months, so therefore more lean, full of flavour and very tender. Provenance is extremely important to us – as The Yorkshire Dales Meat Company began over 110 years ago with our own home grown stock ! We strongly believe in using local suppliers where possible.

Outdoor Reared in Yorkshire

Our meat is not your usual fare, from field to fork, everything has been done to make sure it’s of the highest quality. All of our cattle are outdoor reared to ensure the meat reaches its full potential and can enjoy the benefits of a grass-fed diet whilst relishing the lush pastures of the Yorkshire Dales countryside.

All of our meat is sourced exclusively from  the Yorkshire Dales Meat Company of Bedale North Yorkshire, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Every piece of meat is hand cut fresh on the day by our master butchers to ensure maximum freshness. A combination of outdoor reared live stock and our expert butcher’s on hand guarantees the meat you receive boasts the character and flavour that we know you’ll enjoy.
