Incredible ribs - very meaty, nice amount of fat, ridiculously tender and flavoursome. Applied a dry rub, cooked them in the smoker for 10 hours at 175f, then 3 hours at 195f, then lacquered on bbq sauce under the grill.
I have tasted all items that I ordered and I am fully satisfied with the quality of the products
