Will my order be frozen or fresh?

We deliver only fresh meat, ready to go straight in your oven, fridge or freezer. Our fresh deliveries give you confidence that you’re eating meat of the highest quality, straight from the farm.

 

When will my delivery arrive?

Your order will arrive on the next working day, unless stated otherwise. You should expect your order to arrive between 9am and 4pm. If you’re not in, we can leave it somewhere convenient on request.

 

Who delivers my order?

Parcelforce. Their guaranteed next day delivery service and fully tracked packages mean you can rely on us to deliver your order on time and in great condition.

You can also use the unique tracking code to determine when your order will arrive.

 

Can you deliver to my workplace?

Absolutely, simply fill in your preferred delivery address and any instructions when placing your order, and we’ll deliver it directly to your doorstep.

 

Can I schedule an early morning, evening or weekend delivery?

Yes, we can arrange flexible delivery times based on your requirements. To enquire about out of hours delivery, give us a call on 01937 844622. Please note, there may be a small additional fee for this service.

 

How far in advance can I schedule a delivery?

Days, weeks or months! Whether you’re getting ahead on the Christmas preparations or planning the BBQ of the season, you can place your order up to 2 months ahead of the delivery date.

 

What packaging do you use?

Our meat is packed in triple strength layered boxes, made from closed cell non-cross-linked polyethylene to insulate the contents. We carefully package everything in bubble wrap, to keep your meat in pristine condition from door to door.

All packaging can be reused and recycled.

 

How long do your meat boxes stay cool?

Our insulated boxes stay cool for up to 72 hours, chilled to below 6°C with hydrated gel ice sheets. They ensure that your meat stays fresh from the minute it leaves the farm, and can be reused again – ideal for picnics, parties and camping trips!

 

What’s the shelf life of your produce?

We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 5 days from the time you receive your order. As a rule, our poultry products stay fresh for 5 days, whilst our red meats have a shelf life of up to 12 days. Charcuterie products may have a longer shelf life.

 

Every product is marked with a unique packing date, best before date, and batch code, to make our meat traceable right back to the farm.

 

How long can I freeze meat for?

If you decide to save your meat for later, it can be stored in the freezer for up to a year. Always freeze meat before the expiry date.

 

Do you offer halal and kosher meat?

We aim to provide halal and kosher options for all of our meats. To enquire about availability, give us a call on 01937 844622.
