These were by far the best ribs I've ever eaten let alone cooked. I received a rack of 4 ribs but they were long ones and had a massive amount of meat on them.
Cooked them low and slow for 5 hours on the smoker and wrapped them for another hour to let them rest just using a simple dry rub of salt, black pepper and garlic granules so as to not completely mask the flavour of the pork.
So tender, the bones pulled out with no resistance and were really juicy and incredibly tasty.
A far superior product to that offered by the supermarkets and I'll be buying from here again.
Once I've used the pork belly, brisket and beef short ribs that are in the freezer that is!!
