Excellent

I read a recipe for pork cheek casserole in my newspaper. Pork cheeks was not a thing my butcher could supply so I googled "pig cheeks" and up popped Yorkshire Lean Meat as a supplier. I ordered 3k at a very reasonable price and they arrived within 2 days. The casserole was delicious and the remaining 2k recline in my freezer waiting for the next pork cheek dish.

Nicely trimmed cheeks, cooked in cider with mushrooms made a lovely pasta sauce.

Melt in the mouth

We received the perk cheeks in a well wrapped package with ice packs which kept them nice and cold. Just cooked them for our New Years Eve dinner and they were beautiful and tender and just melted in our mouths

Gorgeous pigs cheeks.
Braised with fennel, carrots, onions, star anise, bay leaves and cider.
Held their moisture well and tasted amazing. Served with creamy mash.
Will definitely order again
