I read a recipe for pork cheek casserole in my newspaper. Pork cheeks was not a thing my butcher could supply so I googled "pig cheeks" and up popped Yorkshire Lean Meat as a supplier. I ordered 3k at a very reasonable price and they arrived within 2 days. The casserole was delicious and the remaining 2k recline in my freezer waiting for the next pork cheek dish.
We tried a couple of steaks on Saturday evening - they were superb - tasty, tender - for us, 2 minutes each side and they were perfect.
Perhaps I would have preferred them to be cut a bit thicker - 20 -25 mm would be better for the Bar B Q when the season restarts.
Melt in the mouth steak. Delicious
Throughly enjoyed this Chicken went very nicely with some roasted potatoes and root vegitables
