A cheeky slow cook sensation
As the name says, its cheeky but nice. From the cheek part of the beast, it needs a long slow cook for that fall apart feeling in your mouth. Cut into medium sized chunks, add a good beef stock, root veg, garlic and a lot of red wine and leave it for 3/4 hours, perfect. Available packed in 5s, approx weight 2.5kg per pack.
