Sticky Pork Ribs
Sticky Pork ribs that melt in your mouth
3tbsp sesame oil
2tsp white wine vinegar
3tbsp dark soy sauce
1tsp corn flour
1tsp sesame seeds
1/2 lemon juiced
2 fresh chilis
2 spring onions
1 bunch coriander
Pre heat the oven or BBQ to 90-110*C
Open the pork rub and set aside 1 tbsp of the rub
Cover the ribs in the pork rub ensuring they are covered thoroughly on all sides
Place the rack of ribs in the oven or on the BBQ bone side down for 3hours
Just before the 3hour mark add all the sauce ingredients and the 1tbsp of rub you set aside earlier to a pan.
Bring to a light simmer and reduce until the sauce is thick
Pull the ribs from the Oven or BBQ and cover in the sauce
Place back in the oven for a further 10-15mins
Take the ribs out the oven and leave to rest.
While resting slice up the chilis and spring onions for the garnish
Plate and Enjoy!
